Delete Account — StockNoter

Delete via the App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the StockNoter mobile app:

Open the StockNoter App

Launch the app on your Android device and log in with your owner account.

Go to Settings

Tap the Menu icon or navigate to the Settings section from the main screen.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the Delete Account option and tap it.

Confirm Deletion

Read the confirmation dialog carefully and tap Confirm Delete to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is immediately and permanently erased from our servers:

Your owner profile and login credentials (Django auth user)
All business and branch information
All product records (including soft-deleted products)
All stock quantity/availability records and operation history
All active device sessions and sync state data
All sync logs, conflict logs, and change logs
Subscription records and payment upgrade requests
Feature permissions linked to your business

Delete via Web (Alternative)

If you cannot access the app, you can also delete your account from this page. You will need to sign in first to verify your identity.
